Having received ATEX Gas Group IIB approval, the Quill Falcon Cyclone, as of summer 2024, has now successfully achieved ATEX Gas Group IIC approval – equipment for use in atmospheres containing acetylene or hydrogen, or gases and vapours of equivalent hazard – (CE EX II 2G EXh IIc T4 Gb) and is now readily available for use within hydrogen plants.
Spark Free & Safe
The Quill Falcon Cyclone does not produce sparks, static electricity or dust and is Ex rated, zone 1 approved, Baseefa accredited, TuV, ATEX Gas Group IIC & NORSOK compliant.
No Plant Shutdown
The water in the system suppresses the dust particles from the grit, preventing it from being released into the atmosphere, as a result, there is no dust cloud meaning site operations can continue unaffected.
Less Grit & Water
Uses up to 80% less water and up to 70% less grit, meaning there is less grit to purchase, clear up and dispose of and making it easier for you to comply with government guidelines.
