Quill Falcon Switch

The Quill Falcon Switch can transition from dry to wet blasting at the flick of a lever.  No need to empty and refill the vessel.. just switch and go!  Switch to dry blasting when speed is a priority and switch to wet dustless blasting when other trades need to continue on site in close proximity and plant shutdown is not an option.

High performance bronze valve filling system guarantees a hermetic seal for even consistent blasting

• Pneumatic controlled main air valve (with cylinder not diaphragm), exhaust valve and abrasive metering valve
• Pre-set abrasive metering valve ensures the optimum amount of abrasive is released into the air flow, the set dose is retained even after decompression of the blast pot
• Airline, main air valve and mixing tube diameters are specifically chosen to reduce pressure loss
• Two line dead man’s system which eliminates uncontrolled activation of the blast system
• Manufactured to CE regulations includes a blast pot emergency stop button to ensure third party shut down if required
• Pneumatic control valve allows for the manual operation of the blast pot if the dead man’s control system is out of use
• Operators can close the abrasive valve and use the blast pots air to clean abrasive from blasted surfaces
